			user would got a chance to save the packed file to a local file

		mailpack ... /ask
			user would always got a source file/directory selection dialog

		mailpack /f c:\myfile /original
			1.Attaches only one file to mail
			2.No packing


         /query : query the supported mail protocol,     (required by Umax)
              Would generate a ini file : maillist.ini, under the same subdirectory with mailpack.exe
              Would generate a ini file : maillist.ini, under the same subdirectory with mailpack.exe
	      Sending dialog would not popup

	  examples:
	    Mailpack /query
